The Beginning of Our Ministry
Our story began with a deep calling to serve in Argentina. God led us to this beautiful land. After a first year in Buenos Aires, we arrived in Tucuman, where I have served with love for more than 30 years now.
Prior to arriving here, I traveled to Mexico to study the language. While there, I met Ruth RÃos, my first wife. We wed before moving to this nation. She was a godly woman who loved the Lord and served many women and children.
God blessed us with our children: David, Joshua, and Caleb. Two of them have already started their own families and churches. I thank the Lord for my children and grandchildren. Later on, He chose to call Ruth home to His presence after a battle with cancer. It was the saddest moment of my life, but i did not know that God had a beautiful plan for the future in the midst of it all.
God sent Alma to me, another lovely woman from Mexico.
I first heard about Alma through a friend., I sought permission from her father and her pastor out of respect. She was not allowed to talk to me witout permisión. It was quite a journey, but with God’s help, I won her heart. We finally wed during the global pandemic.
Alma is a devoted servant of God and a wonderful partner in our work. She has a special burden for street children through her ministry, Brave Children for Christ. There, little ones discover God's word, pray and sing to the Lord.while receiving hot meals and lessons in math and English to help them thrive.
